NOFPA was established in 2003
Our Mission
- The purpose of the NOFPA is to support and strenghthen the lives of Foster Children, Foster Parents, Biological Families and Teens transitioning out of Washington State Foster Care system.
- Fostering meaningful communication and collaboration amoung Foster Parents and others dedicated to improving the foster care experince.
- Encourge the the training and education of professionals working in foster care, and supportingthe recruitment and retention of quality foster homes.
- Empowering and advocationg for Foster Families to help ensure every Foster Child has the opportunity to thrive.
